- Guests must make payments on time as per the agreed terms.
7. Booking Process
- Guests can submit booking requests through the Platform.
- Hosts have the right to accept or decline booking requests.
- A booking is confirmed only when both parties agree to the terms and payment is processed.
8. Fees and Payments
- Habisolo may charge service fees to Hosts and/or Guests.
- All payments must be made through the Platform's designated payment methods.
- Habisolo is not responsible for disputes related to payments made outside the Platform.
9. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policies may vary per listing and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
- Guests and Hosts must follow the agreed cancellation terms.

10. Prohibited Conduct

- Habisolo is a platform that connects Hosts and Guests; it does not own or manage properties.
- Habisolo is not liable for any damages, injuries, or disputes arising from property rentals.
- Users agree to hold Habisolo harmless from any claims resulting from their use of the Platform.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
- User data is handled in accordance with Habisolo's Privacy Policy.
- By using the Platform, users consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data.
